He is Commerce graduate and Pursuing CS Final. He carries an experience in Corporate Compliances andhas great Practical Approach in Digital Signatures, Company Law and other related matter.

SAURABH MANTRI

Holding a Bachelors degree in Commerce, he carries an experience of5 years in Corporate Compliances. Dealingin Business Liaisoning and RBI Compliances, his experience is extended to setting up Companies in India and overseas.

CHETNA BIRLA

She is an Associate Member of ICSI with a Commerce graduate and LL.B from North Maharashtra University.

She has varied experience and exposure in handling Secretarial, legal, Trademark and management work and dealing with various Regulatory Authorities like Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), Trademark Registry with positive attitude and efficiency.

BHUMIKA SIDHPURA

She has immense experience of 8 years in handling compliances and liasoning with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Registrar of Companies (ROC), commercial contract agreements, transfer of property documents, Share purchase agreements, legal due diligence, filing petitions with NCLT and Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT)

PRIYA KHETAN

She is a Qualified Company Secretary and has also done her Post Graduation in Commerce from Raipur University and Pursuing LL.B (Final).

She has a wide spectrum of experience and exposure in secretarial, legal and management work. She is a professional fully dedicated to her work in the field of compliances related to legal and secretarial aspects and related rules and regulations. She also has knowledge of XBRL Filing.

MR. VISHAL GHORPADE

Having 6 years of experience in Taxation & Auditing Services GST .He deals in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, TDS, PF/ESIC and Internal Audit.

KAIWALYA JAMDAR

He is graduated in MBA with marketing Specialisation. He is well experienced in developing implementing and executing strategic making plans for entire organisation with his strong and exact business analysis
